The last New Moon of spring arrives in Gemini on June 14 at 7:54 PM Pacific / 10:54 PM Eastern, and it does not arrive quietly. This lunation is charged with restless energy — the kind that pushes you out of your comfort zone, demands that you stand in your Truth, and dares you to speak up even when the room goes silent.
Mars/Jupiter Midpoint:
The June 14 New Moon falls at the midpoint between Mars and Jupiter, and this placement carries tremendous range — from the highest of highs to the most volatile of lows, depending on how we choose to channel it.
At its best, this is the energy of successful new ventures, bold initiative, and direct action. Mars and Jupiter together fuel optimism, self-confidence, and a genuine zeal for life. Under this influence, people become energetic and enthusiastic in chasing their goals, and deeply passionate — sometimes fiercely so — about their philosophical and religious beliefs. What makes this lunation especially potent is that it’s a Supermoon — closer to Earth than usual and magnifying everything it touches. The New Moon aligns with not one but two fixed stars at 23 degrees Gemini: Ensis and Alnilam, both found in the constellation Orion. Alnilam is the brilliant blue supergiant at the center of Orion’s Belt — in the ancient Arabic tradition, its name comes from al-nizām, meaning “the String of Pearls.” Ensis is the glowing nebula in Orion’s sword sheath, the Great Orion Nebula itself, shimmering with green, red, and blue-violet light.
Together, these stars carry a headstrong, rash, and uncompromising energy. The Collective is restless. Change is coming — and this New Moon is the catalyst.
These same stars also carry a gift: the ability to see clearly. Under this sky, you will see through the shady behavior and questionable choices of those around you whose actions don’t align with your path. You may come across as judgmental to those who don’t share your moral code — and that’s okay. Holding yourself and the people in your life to a high standard is not cruelty. It is self-respect. A Minor Grand Trine between the outer planets has been building in the background of our skies, and while it reaches its second climax on July 18, 2026, its influence is already being felt in the energy of this June New Moon — and I, for one, remain optimistic about what it’s bringing.
This configuration opens minds. It makes us more receptive to change, more progressive in our thinking, more willing to accept others and the differences that make us human. At its highest vibration, it is the sky working in our favor — ushering in remarkable discoveries, innovations, and breakthroughs across science, technology, travel, communication, and medicine. The kind of leaps forward that actually change lives.
The caveat — and there is always a caveat — is that so far, much of this innovation appears to be funded by the military-industrial complex. The breakthroughs are real. The question of who controls them, and for what purpose, is one worth sitting with in our “ Safe Space”. Progress in the wrong hands is not always progress for all of us.
Still, the potential here is genuine and worth claiming. Stay open. Stay curious. The universe is not done surprising us.

Add to all of this an aspect to fierce, antagonistic asteroid Eris in Aries, and you have a sky that is electric with passion, drive, and a hunger for something greater. Some may look at the energy of this moment and call it power-hungry or too aggressive. Don’t let that stop you. The thirst for directness, for authority, for real and lasting success — that’s not a flaw. That’s a calling.
