By the time this Full Moon/Total Lunar rises as the sun is setting, we will feel a Major Energy Hit. It prepares us for its effect at 3:38 a.m. Pacific Time. Tonight’s Full Moon (aka Worm Moon) will be exact in Southern California on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026. The eclipse will peak in its totality around 3:04 a.m. to 4:02 a.m. PST. It will turn the moon a Deep red hue.

This Lunation should not surprise, but IT WILL ILLUMINATE AND AWAKEN…

It will feel like a third knock on the door… Firm enough to convey the message IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE, A SHIFT, A DIFFERENT VENUE, A NEW COURSE, A NEW DIRECTION, A NEW WAY. We All need to hear this, see this, feel this, and to acknowledge or accept this closure of some thing, maybe some important piece or part of our lives, in order to make way for something Shiny and New after Mercury goes direct on the 21st day of March, 2026.

Virgo is all about health and well-being, perfectionism in an imperfect world, techniques, logic, ideas, being of service, medicine: holistic as well as traditional, and the desire to make the World a better place. We may have been planning, rehearsing, anticipating, or hoping or praying for this moment for a while. Virgo is simple, loyal, self effacing, critical but practical, and always ready to help, assist, or clean up someone else’s Mess. This penultimate eclipse in the Pisces/Virgo axis culminate on August 28 at 4° of the sign of the Fishes. Virgo asks for honesty, but not in grandiose or bloviating self serving declarations, but in daily rituals: tending to business, our ablutions, how we are of service, our routines, and that which we try to deny or to avoid. It also aspects those wonderful things or deeds that we do so quietly execute or maintain… even when no one else is watching… because we’re not looking for thanks, a pat on the back, or recompense; we simply do it.

This eclipse will not introduce new parameters or paradigms as much as it underscores what has already been gestating or brewing since the last two Virgo/Pisces Eclipses of 2025. However, these all affect different points or degrees of the zodiac and therefore different pieces of the Personal and Transpersonal Stages.

Look back to what was going on in your life around March 14th, 2025. A Full Moon total lunar eclipse occurred in Virgo at 23°58’. It was intense and heavy with emotions, finality, or endings that didn’t necessarily appear as such… at First. However, some thing terminated or reached completion. One door slammed shut and a new door opened.

Then A New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse at 28°59’ of Virgo transpired on the day of the Autumnal Equinox. It harvested a seed in metaphorical soil already planted and then turned over. It was another powerful quixotic and yet paradoxical moment in time where closure and formation shared the same Stage. We were asked to refine, redesign, realign, or redefine our life paths whilst standing in the perception of Chaos and Change!

Now comes the third, extremely portentous Blood Moon lunar Eclipse (the last visible here until 2028). The recent Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, plus the Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries, the ongoing Mercury Retrograde in Pisces, Jupiter (Rx) sextile this eclipse, and fixed Star ZOSMA, an extremely fortunate and beneficial luminary, all add to the mix! Let’s see how it unfolds tonight and in the coming weeks and its impact on the world stage. We find ourselves gravely concerned and on the verge of Major War. YET THIS ECLIPSE ALSO CAN YOU BRING PEACE, HEALING, ORDER AND RESTORATION OUT OF CHOAS… AS ONLY VIRGO IS CAPABLE OF PULLING THAT RABBIT OUT OF ITS HAT.
