Neptune, the planet of illusion delusion, acceptance, transcendence, compassion, and gaslighting, spiritual, highs and unfathomable lows is still retrograde, and has now backed up into its own rulership sign of Pisces. Watery ethereal melancholy yet Psychic Pisces is the depths of the oceans and Neptune is Home for one last deep water swim before it officially moves out of Pisces and isn’t coming back in this lifetime. The fog is lifting, clouds dissipating and what is now brought to light or revealed can and will change everything.
Yesterday On Oct. 22nd,Mystical Neptune returned to the sign of all things occluded and occult, transparent and yet transmogrified,of Hope or despair,of love or loss, light and darkness where it will slowly, ever so slowly, move forward until January 26th, of 2026. Neptune then moves into fiery Aries again and leaves Pisces and will never return in any of our lifetimes to the sign of the Fishes
It went retrograde last March 30th. The planet of dreams and nightmares of all those subconscious realms : those things that do often lie too deep for tears has been testing the waters in feisty fiery Aries. This gave us glimpses of a New Path ; a Transpersonal New Collective or radically different and more sustainable paradigm. Now Voyager we entered a New era of self-awareness, self actualization honest reassessment, reinvention, and a spiritual acceptance and resultant autonomy.
So what’s the catch? And with Neptune, trust me there is ALWAYS a catch, a caveat, a corollary, a potential snafu, a bump in the road, or a seeming dead end. We now drift back into the depths ( but Not the morass or the quicksand) of what we could’ve should’ve might’ve would’ve done or hoped prayed, and thought that we’d already moved through, revealed, healed, escaped, denied, forfended or outgrew. This next couple of months is similar to going back after a walk-through at the house or an apartment and realizing you’ve forgotten one closet you go back you open it and found there’s a lot of stuff to still clean out; it’s not insurmountable, but you have to get through it before you get out …. The difference is without rose colored glasses, and a strong dose of reality, you’ll know what to keep and what to release. KEYWORD IS CLARITY: WATCHWORDS ARE A RENEWED SENSE OF PURPOSE .
Neptune’s journey into Pisces began back in 2011. It basically smashed open our collective consciousness and opened the doors of mysticism, occultism, Astrology, Manifestation and Creative Visualization;the so-called Piscean Age melding into the age of Aquarius. Crystals, oils and candles, ghosts, channeling, spells and rituals,vision quests, wilderness journeys Native American knowledge,shamans ayahuasca, microdosing, spiritual treks to Sedona, Tibet, Bali and the Ruta Inca, and all things here and in the hereafter. These opened up wide as everyone went on their own personal spiritual paths. Spirituality may have blossomed, but it also occluded and blurred the lines between what is real,what is fantasy,what is practical, and what is romanticized or idealized. It’s time to get back down to earth. It is now time not so much for chasing ideals, or ignoring truths as realigning our purposes with the higher and better good for us and for All.
Now, as Neptune fully retrogrades back into its home sign we’re asked to revisit illusion, delusion and deception with clear eyes as the planet of beauty,glamour, a higher octave of Venus and spirituality strips everything away down to the basic :uncover,discover,and now time to discard. Themes of love, self acceptance, inner work with outer results,transcendence and the identity /ego self come into play now until the end of January…
Time to take a look at what is not healed,what is not solved,or resolved. From yesterday until December 10th when Neptune will station direct in Pisces we can expect moments that feel equally divine and inspiring or disorienting and disillusioning. It’s not so much a toss of the coin as it’s our attitude and reaction rather than our attachment or aversion. Remember, this is not to pull you back under the waves and drown you in the tides, rather to help you to see where you may have mistaken, potential or fantasy for TRUTH.
This is not a time to romanticize criticize,ostracize or, or to avoid This is your chance to surrender illusions, and to release that which may have supported or comforted those outworn, outmoded and unhealthy belief structures, support systems or idealized notions. This heralds a NEW AGE : unscripted, unfiltered, unhampered, and undaunted so that you Move On with Eyes wide Open not Eyes wide Shut. Namaste
